State Language Proficiency Assessments

All Multilingual Learners identified as Non-English Proficient (NEP) and Limited-English Proficient (LEP),  must participate in the state English language proficiency assessment system by taking the ACCESS test each school year. ACCESS 2.0 is the Colorado English Language Assessment used to measure a student's English language acquisition level in the areas of Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing in English.
