We've finally made it to the end of the year! As we get closer and closer to the last day of school, keep an eye on our calendar for important dates and times for events like graduation pictures, field day, and award ceremonies. April 24th has also marked the last day for our after school clubs for the year. Stay tuned in the new year to see what new after school activities we have in store!

Parents will be receiving information soon about important Wildflower dates over the summer and beyond, including our yearly in-person student check-in days. These days are the perfect opportunity to make sure everything is in order for your student's enrollment at Wildflower, and to knock out paperwork like permission slips and emergency contact updates. Not long after, we'll host our yearly teacher meet and greet, which is a wonderful opportunity not only to meet your child's new teacher for the 2025/2026 school year but also to help them get acclimated to where their classrooms are and who their classmates will be before the first day of school!

I'd like to say a big thank you to our parents for your continued support of Wildflower! Our students are the backbone of our school, and watching them learn and grow this year has been just as wonderful for us as I'm sure it has been for you. We are dedicated to making sure that next year is even better as we continue to work together with our parents, students and community to make Wildflower the best that it can be!

District Corner:

Educator Appreciation Week is May 5th – 9th! Help us show our appreciation for your school staff who care for our students each day. From our front office staff to teachers, paraprofessionals, nutrition staff and custodial staff – we appreciate all they do to make our schools an extension of your family.

The District Banner Art Show is Wednesday, May 14th at the Broadmoor World Arena from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and we invite you to enjoy the art on the concourse! Certificate presentations start at 5:15 p.m., and you can enjoy refreshments and music from the Harrison High School Jazz Band while you stroll and take in the art from our talented artists.

¡La semana de agradecimiento a los educadores es del 5 al 9 de mayo! Ayúdenos a mostrarle nuestro aprecio al personal de la escuela que cuida a nuestros estudiantes todos los días: el personal de la oficina, los maestros, los asistentes, el personal de la cocina y de limpieza. Apreciamos todo lo que hacen por nuestras familias.

La exhibición de arte del distrito (District Banner Art Show) tendrá lugar el miércoles, 14 de mayo en el Broadmoor World Arena de 4:30 p.m. a 6:00 p.m. Están cordialmente invitados a apreciar el arte de nuestros estudiantes mientras disfrutan de un refresco y de la música de la banda de jazz de la escuela Harrison.
